Name changes, lineups changes and lawsuits, Decibel Magazine & guitarist Mike Scheidt unravel the story of Yob. “I really didn’t think too much about any expectations from fans or critics,” Scheidt claims. “We were so ‘in the zone’ with our old and new material that our focus and attention were completely consumed. It wasn’t until we played our reunion show in February 2009 that I realized our new material was going to be well-received. Until then, we were just in our rehearsal space trying to write music that would make us grin like devils.”
